The Stratford theater festival helped put this rural Ontario community on the map decades ago, but there’s a whole new generation re-inventing Stratford these days. At its core are some serious foodies- cheesemakers, organic farmers, and agro-tourism experts. As you might imagine, with that kind of diversity, Stratford’s dining scene is dynamic.
