Description
The Hippy Coyote finishes this first of four albums in the Kung Fu Cowboy series with this song, “I’ve Been Thinkin’,” which has King Solomon, standing on the steps of his unfinished temple, aware that his friend and partner, Hiram Abif, is probably dead, and assessing his life and future in this sadness.
This song is from the album, LEVEL 4 = KING FU COWBOY Part 1. The rock opera story is called, KING SOLOMON'S TEMPLE.
Record producer, Richard Del Connor, realized during the recordings, that this album had several references to King Solomon's Temple, but it was still about the life and times of THE HIPPY COYOTE, of American Zen.
In May, 2010, PART 1 became KING SOLOMON'S TEMPLE and the mixing was completed. Coyote recorded the voices of Jubila, Jubilo, and Jubilum, the murderers, along with vocals for King Solomon, King Tyre, and Hiram Abif.
All instruments and vocals by The Hippy Coyote except for song, "ELAINE," from the COYOTE IN A GRAVEYARD rock opera recorded in 1989.
Produced by Richard Del Connor for Shaolin Records.
