In 5 sessions totaling just under five hours, Mike Williams
makes Gospel history in revealing the heritage of all humanity by taking a
scriptural stand against a New Testament writer. For Mike, this was a momentous occasion treading ground with reverence in an area modern day Christians fear to go.
In the first session, Mike reads part of a chapter from 2 Peter and lays the foundation of what the scriptures hold in regards to instructions for righteousness. He makes a distinction that the scriptures are about Jesus and should not be read as though they are talking about you or instructing you.
In the second session, Mike reveals the heritage of all
humanity through the Gospel of Peace as prophesied in the book of Isaiah. He lays out what our state of being should be in the full assurance of redemption and salvation by the complete work of the cross. In our heritage that comes from that work there is a powerful statement of condemnation against any tongue that proclaims judgment or wrath after the covenant that was fulfilled through Jesus Christ.
In the third session, Mike takes issue with writings in the new testament, which speak of a future wrath and judgment yet to come. In the process, Mike takes a stand with the highest respect and yet condemns the statements of one of the new testament writers as being unscriptural and counter to the accomplishment of Christ.
In the fourth session, Mike returns to the scriptures and the book of Isaiah and explains the complexity of God s anger, wrath and promise of a coming savior who will redeem the world.
This audio book ends with a revealing question and answer session with Mike Williams and those who attended the meetings. Mike Williams is the founder of the Gospel Revolution.
