A superheroine concealing her Identity infiltrates an organisation hell bent on making themselves the most powerful. An assistant manages to steal a powerful bracelet from the clutches of a superhero and villainess. Using software they figure out the bracelets can be used to increase other deacrease the wearers power using software. The villainess appears to exact revenge and although iniitinally too powerful succimbs to the power draining bracelts and deady power crystal. The assistant reveals her own super alter ego but she isn't strong enough to battle the newly powered villainess.
