20221228 Advanced Beginner Follow the Flow

The Temple of Poi store is expanding its downloadable video library to include follow the flow (FTF) videos in 2023. These short sessions are designed to help students practice transitioning between moves using both video demonstrations paired with audio call-outs from GlitterGirl and are modeled after our in-person class warm ups. Some sessions are 100% follow the leader while others include drills and/or mini lessons for moves and/or turns used in the combination. Each video is a unique flow geared at different skill levels using an assortment of moves in various directions.

As we move toward a digital based offering rather than a brick and mortar focus, students who are interested in custom flows using moves they want and geared toward their level while getting live one-on-one instruction can book a session with GlitterGirl starting in winter 2023.

We're in beta with these Live Virtual Lessons for poi now. Sessions are 1 on 1 for 20 minutes, 18 on the mat and the student keeps a recording of the lesson made through Zoom. They're priced to sell right now as we are recording footage from a different camera with a different mic to create the content for the storefront. Monthly packages for Winter 2023 are priced as follows:

• 1 20-minute session/18 on the mat for $30
• 2 20-minute sessions/18 on the mat for $45
• 4 20-minute sessions/18 on the mat for $60
• 8 20-minute sessions/18 on the mat for $100
• 12 15-minute sessions/13 on the mat for $120.
