The Unbegotten - Volume Eight

Tired, confused and scared, Vanifera finds herself at a diner near the outskirts of the city. Hoping to find respite from the maelstrom of chaos surrounding her, a friendly hostess named Betty provides the only glimmer of light in her otherwise dismal and dark circumstances. Dealing with the loss of her dog, the injury of Angelo and the murder of a police office, she soon finds that the rest she so desperately seeks and needs is short lived. Elsewhere, a new and powerful entity is reborn in the swamps of the bayou.
