Rho and Saint Rook

Rho, aka Sebastian Garner, is a former gang member that was taken under the wing and mentored by the Grand Master of The Surge during the Second Celestial War. He's mastered various forms of martial arts and uses his abilities to protect the weak from terrorists and extraterrestrial threats. 

Saint Rook, aka Javier Bradford, was born in Manchester England. He is a master thief and hunter and can literally track or steal anything. He is also extremely skilled in combat fighting and is an exceptionally skilled marksman with the bow, crossbow and guns. He was recruited by the World Church in order to protect humanity after the Second Celestial War and has since moved to work with F.A.T.H.E.R.
