General Jack Magnum

General Jack Magnum is the leader of F.A.T.H.E.R., the global military organization tasked with the job of protecting earth from alien and non-human planetary terrorism. He has cybernetic enhancements on his head, his left arm and throughout other parts of his body. These cybernetic enhancements possess nano weaponry that can be called upon in an instant.
