The following Marathon training plan is designed for individuals who are currently able to run 8 kilometres. This plan begins with a weekly mileage of 28-38kms and peaks at 67-82kms per week with options for higher and lower volume programming.
The goal is to complete a 42km race feeling strong and healthy.
