Now, that you have completed your learning about environmental law and policy in the United States, and international efforts to address environmental concerns, such as global warming and climate change, in Week 5, you will focus on the future of environmental regulation in the United States by exploring the U.S. energy policy and the conservation of natural resources for future generations. 

What is the Energy Policy Act? What is the current President’s approach to energy production, consumption, and conservation? Do you agree with this approach? What is your opinion?
