Respond to the following in a minimum of 175 words: 

Now that you have a clear understanding of environmental law in the United States in general, and specifically, as applied to air, water, and the management of toxic substances, and solid and hazardous waste, you are ready to consider environmental regulation as it relates to the world, including global climate change. 

Why is it necessary to consider environmental regulation in the international arena? Do you consider that the environment should be a subject of international attention? Do you believe climate change should be addressed on a national and international level? Provide reasons for your opinion.
