RACI charts are commonly used in business proposals to determine responsibilities among the team and to clarify expectations about who does what within an organization. For this assignment your team is developing a RACI for a company that is just starting, so has nothing in place yet. The company is asking your team to develop a RACI that can be used as the company grows. The company is in the software consulting business and they are targeting customers in the healthcare and financial services industries.

As a team, develop a RACI chart for a cybersecurity plan for a small start-up company in which you:

• Explain the roles/responsibilities for the organization's staff regarding security.
• Identify expectations for a) business units, b) IT staff, c) executive staff, d) sales, and e) support staff (clerical, maintenance, etc.).

Submit your assignment as a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
