After saving the world from the Flaxx, a new and more dangerous alliance emerges, one that could surely spell the end for all humanity. General Jack Magnum has created a special combat task force designed to be the first line of attack. They are known as The Ministry.

Upon engaging the enemy, a mysterious woman appears and aids Earth’s Ultimate Warriors. But is she truly their ally or an equally dangerous threat to mankind?
