P&ID of Rectifier Column for Ethanol Distillation plant, 150 KLPD

This is a basic engineering document for plant design and engineering. 

This is P&ID of Rectifier column of an Ethanol/Alcohol Distillation plant.

The plant capacity is 150 KLPD. All the lines are sized to deliver the design capacity of 150 KLPD Ethanol.

Both shell and tube heat exchangers and plate type heat exchangers have been implemented.

Low pressure steam is utilized for Thermosiphon Reboulers at the bottom of the Rectifier column.

Reflux condensers are of type shell and tube heat exchangers at the top of the column.
