Little Warriors lesson 1

The Karate Academy in Newton Abbot, Devon, is making "train along with us" videos available to it's members who are not able to come to the dojo.

Of course, training with our instructors is the preferred situation, but where that is not possible then the next best thing is to copy along as best you can.  

The Little Warriors are our 4-7 year old students.  The lesson content here is geared towards them.  It's a short workout that takes into account just how our lessons at the dojo are.
