Karate Academy Lesson 1

This content is for people who want to train at home.

The Karate Academy is a group of clubs under John Burke renshi, based in Devon, UK.  These lessons are presented so that members can copy along and practice at home while they are unable to get to a physical class.

Each session focuses on an aspect that needs work, and it is not meant to represent everything there is to know about the art.

This is Week 1, Lesson 1, and it about basics for white belts, which evern the black belts need to practice.
