Using the Library, Internet, or any other available resources, discuss specific service issues Smith’s organization is realizing. At a minimum, efficiency, responsiveness, quality, and costs should be discussed. Customers have provided some input regarding a number of issues that have been surfacing more frequently than in the past. Discuss possible root causes for each of these issues and their impact on both the business and the customer.
