Prior to beginning work on this assignment, be sure to collaborate with the other members of your project team and be sure to read the assignment instructions.

The following describes team formation and initial team activities:

• Teams will be formed by your instructor prior to the start of class. You can immediately access your Canvas team area. Teams will comprise of two to six students.
• The team project has three phases with deliverables due at the end of Weeks 3, 4, and 5. See the detailed description of the weekly team assignments.
• Use the team discussion area to get acquainted with each other and focus on the skills and strengths each member brings to the team. If you have a resume, you might consider sharing it with your colleagues.
• Be sure to focus on strengths and skills that will aid in completing the team project.
• Select one member to act as the team leader. The team leader will coordinate activities and will be responsible for submitting team assignments.

In your paper,

• Describe how tasks will be divided among team members.
• Describe how team members will make decisions about team activities.
• Create a process for team members to use to resolve disputes. The first action should not be to send the problem to the instructor.
• Create a team communication process that facilitates collaboration.
• Before submitting the team charter, each team member must sign the charter. An electronic signature using the following format is acceptable: //Printed Name//.

• Must include a separate title page with the following:
  • Title of paper
  • Student’s name
  • Course name and number
  • Instructor’s name
  • Date submitted
