Jurisprudence: Antinomianism - The Original Sin

One of the most important, but controversial issues, facing the church internally today is the issue surrounding the role of Law within the Covenant Community of believers.  The reason this is such an important issue is the fact the certain perspectives are instructing the people of God to set aside and reject God's Law due to its soteriological approach to law, a purpose for which God's Law was never given or intended. As a result, we have surrendered a provision that was given not for justification, salvation or rightstanding with God, but guidance and instructions on who to succeed in this world, and protect and manifest the prosperity we legally possess as a result of our covenant with God. We will discover that the move to get Gods people to set aside His law for the purpose of becoming more like Him is not an original idea, but an ancient one that was the original sin committed by man.  Listen and learn more!
