The Excel Sync Plugin for Microsoft Excel allows you to quickly generate reports in either MS Word or MS Outlook containing ony the data relevant to you from an open Excel Spreadsheet.
How it works is incredibly simply.
1) Open any Excel Spreadsheet that contains data you are interested in.
2) Select the cell addresses that contain the relevant data and save them to the plugin. (The plugin will remember these addresses for future reports based on this type of spreadsheet).
3) At anytime (or with any fututure iteration of the spreadsheet), a quick report can be generated by clicking on "Generate Report" .
The report can be generated as an automaticlly generated MS Word document or an automatically drafted email in MS Outlook!
