Kaplan AC 503 Final Paper Auditing within Non-Profit Organizations
Abstract
Non-profit organizations are providing resources to various causes and purposes. In this paper, I will discuss non-profit organizations in regard to the auditing industry including the auditing process. To continue, non-profit organizations have to be prepared whether they are just starting out or have been around for quite some time. Understanding the auditing process is essential to non-profit organizations being able to sustain their funding and continue to help the various causes and people they service. The audit will not only will show underlying issues but also help non-profit implement standards and internal controls for their company.
