In this weeks edition of the Ledger:

Whitehall High School Principal Hannah Nieskens was recognized last week as the 2018 Montana High School Principal of the Year.

Employees from the Montana Department of Transportation met with local officials and visited various organizations last Thursday to discuss the ongoing Whitehall South Roadway Improvements Project.

The group behind the ballot measure that could have ended mining in Butte and Whitehall withdrew the questionable initiative from the Montana Attorney General’s office Monday.
