Thank you for purchasing our weekly program. We offer three categories of training allowing you to customize and progress your training in a periodized fashion. Our endurance programs focus on building a solid foundation, help with weight loss and improve overall cardiovascular fitness. We recommend 8-12 weeks of endurance training before moving on to strength.
Our strength programs are focused on building threshold. One of the key markers of a good endurance athlete is a strong threshold. Drive up your threshold and become an overall stronger rider. Our weekly strength programs are the next steps in our approach once you finished your endurance cycle. Many athletes get stuck in one phase of training using our endurance, strength and speed approach allows them to progress all year long.
The final phase is SPEED! Once you set the foundation and built a stronger rider, it is time to layer in some speed. Our speed program is designed to add the needed intensity to keep endurance athletes improving. All too often endurance athletes miss out on this opportunity to drive up the ceiling of their performance. After a period of speed, the stage well is set for additional endurance and strength improvement.
