The MTB Stage Race Training Plan is designed for individuals who are currently able to ride 2 hours and have a goal of completing a 3-7 day stage race, feeling strong, healthy and full of stoke. The Training Plan starts at a volume of 4-5 days of 1-2 hour rides/week and peaks at 4-7 days of 2.5-5 hour rides/week during peak training week. The Training Plan includes options for 'dialing it down' for a 3-4 day stage race and 'ramping it up' for 5-7 day events. Every Self Directed Training Plan includes step by step instructions on how to personalize your plan to meet your goals and starting point. The MTB Stage Race Training Plan requires riding 3-7 days per week for 20-weeks. Yes you CAN do it!
