Where I belong

It is true that leaders should know where they belong as far as business leadership is concerned in the global environment. Personally, I believe I belong to a group of leaders that exercise transformational leadership. This is because I not only aspire to promote changes in organizational systems but I also desire to transform my followers into competent leaders. More importantly, I fit into the group of leaders that aspires to change followers and influence their lives positively through motivation.
