If you are regaining the weight that you lost as a result of Gastric Surgery and you want to reignite the enthusiasm and excitement you felt following the actual surgery, then this is your answer.
Initially, when you went for surgery, you experienced a physical adjustment that was created by the Bariatric Surgeon. This time you will be experiencing the surgery in your mind, which can be even more powerful than the physical experience. You do not need to readjust your body...that has already been done. Remember, obesity begins in the mind...change the mind and you change the body forever.
This is a powerful addition to any weight loss effort. You do not need to have experienced surgery in order for your mind to experience it. Add this to any of the programs out there and you will be amazed at the strength in commitment you will experience.
