Kids Yoga Yippee ki-yay Namaste

Kids Yoga You'll be shouting Yippee ki-yay Namaste with yoga instructor Cheryl Crawford and the kids from Fernbank Elementary School in Atlanta in this fun-filled yoga flow program. In this innovative half-hour, we'll move our bodies and energize our minds as we celebrate a different number in each edition of the program. As co-founder of Grounded Kids Yoga and founder of the non-profit yoga service initiative Atlanta Yoga Movement, Cheryl focuses on integrating yoga into schools throughout the metro Atlanta area.
