In this course I will be covering the fundamentals of my Kettlejitsu program. My goal is to give you a bettter understanding of how to safely in kettlebell and body weight training. This course includes, mobility, core warm ups, abdominal training, ground mobility, body weight fundamentals, compound bodyweight training, body weight flow, kettlebell fundamentals, compound KB movements, as well as KB flows, pyramids and circuits.
