1) Self Service Check-in Application for iPad. Clients walk up to your iPad kiosk and "Check In" without having to pull a ticket or wait for a store associate.
2) Back-End Home Station Application for Windows/ Office 365 allows you to view and manage the existing queue of clients. This station also stores client data for trending, metrics and reports!

Below is an example of how the SSK-001 Professional was configured for a local automotive client to manage their queue and waiting area.<
STEP 1: Client walks into business and checks in using the iPad Self Service Kiosk .
STEP 2: The Client details are instantly sent to the Home Station application running on a standard Laptop/PC.
STEP 3: When you are ready to assist the customer, you simply select the customer's entry and then click [READY TO SERVE]. This automatically sends the customer an email/sms message and prominently displays their name on the public display in your waiting area. The public-facing display can be any monitor or existing flat screen tv and runs using MS Office!
