Life is based on perception.  Perception is based on beliefs.  Beliefs are based on thoughts.  Thoughts come from the mind.  Master your thoughts, master your life.
Somebody sometime, disapproved of yourself and you started disapproving of yourself.  Disapproval is just a story in your head distracting you from the love present in your heart.
1. FIND YOUR PURPOSE / DIAKONIA / DESTINY
2. FIND YOUR LIFE OPTIMISER
3. AVOID DISTRACTIONS 
4. LIVE YOUR TRUTH / WALK YOUR PATH
5. FOCUS, DISCIPLINE, ORDER
6. CHANGE YOUR PATH, (if you must) MUST KEEP MOVING
7.  FORGET THE PAST; LIVE IN THE PRESENT
8.  WRITE IT DOWN
9.  DO THE DIFFERNCE BETWEEN HOBBIES AND PURPOSE
10. DEATH OR DESTINY
