Our Laundry Drop System Software is a powerful cloud-based platform that enables your dry cleaning and laundering business with easy to use software for the management, reporting and day-to-day operations involved in locker-based cleaning and delivery services. Supports Desktops, mobile phones and tablets.
The public facing front end interface is a custom Responsive Web App that functions via URL instance and can be used by up to 300 users simultaneously and supports multiple locations. Your organization would be provided with a custom URL to access the Web App. In turn, you would embed the contents of the url on your existing website and/or provide the URL to your clients and/or have a dedicated tablet/kiosk available at your establishment/drop location for client use.
Note: The existing Web App can indeed be converted into formal App on ios App store and Google Play App store for an additional charge of $199.99 and a recurring monthly charge of $84.99 per month for maintenance. Once conversion is completed, this usually takes 60 to 90 days to appear on App Stores.
In this example, an iPad was used to access the existing Laundry Drop Web App.
From the Responsive Web App, your clients will input necessary data via the fields. Below is a typical example, however you could elect to further customize the UI with additional fields, colors, images, icons, etc.
Your driver’s would always know where to pickup/drop items based on the details provided during input. If necessary, the Web App could be instanced into 2 or 3 variants (one for each location with prepopulated locker numbers for each location)
Once user click [OKAY] to submit the order, if the Responsive Web App is configured to collect pre-payment at time of submission, the user is forced to provide payment via Paypal. (During initial setup/configuration your existing Paypal account would be mapped to the software. To do this mapping, it is a 5 second process of simply inputting your existing Paypal email address and that’s it!). No complicated setup. No credit cards numbers are stored by our system.
In the below example, the system is configured to force pre-payment at time of order submission:
In the below example, the system is not configured to force pre-payment and thus, immediately displays an on-screen confirmation receipt (with an invoiced amount) at time of order submission:
At the same time the order is submitted, a notification email is sent to the client as well as to the business owner. The details of this email is configurable and can go to as many different email addresses you like. The system can be configured to allow you to send the client a numeric code that can be used to unlock locker or drop location.
In parallel, the data is automatically fed to a back-end reporting portal and metrics data store. All web submission data is hosted on AWS (Amazon Web Services) and stores all information in data centers across the United States on a 256-bit SSL connection. All servers are scanned on a daily basis by AWS and McAfee Security, preventing any type of security threats.
All order data is also accessible online and orders can be searched for, clicked, viewed, exported and edited if the need arose:
The formal desktop back-end software runs on any standard Windows laptop or PC and automatically receives the data submitted from the Responsive Web App.
