Juvenile Crime Scenario  In this scenario the juvenile has been caught in the act by the victim’s brother, sexually assaulting his sixteen year old sister. The twelve year old juvenile was detained by the police when they discovered the unconscious victim badly beaten in her home. The police also noticed the illegal substance of marijuana and alcohol. The charge the juvenile was detained on was attempted sexual assault of a minor; aggravated assault; minor in possession of an alcoholic beverage; and unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
