The Festival of Trees put many people in the holiday spirit last Thursday night the event, in its 18th year, featured an auction of lovingly decorated Christmas trees, prepared and donated by the group’s supporters and performances with original music written by the residents at Liberty Place. Amber’s Railway Stop in Whitehall will be giving back to the community this holiday season and will be having a special Thanksgiving Feast November 26th. “It’s the time of year for giving,” Wagner said.
