MERS, Media Hype and the Myths of Infectious Germs and Disease / Crowdsourcing and Crowdfunding for our Self-Repartions Future - In the first hour we consider that the latest round of media hype over a tiny outbreak of respiratory disease in Korea is just not at all useful for our comprehension of how to keep our families healthy. We compare this to major morbidity figures within the US for pulmonary infections and antibiotic-resistant strains of bacteria which are being caught in hospitals.
