We Charge Genocide Pt 1 - 50 Specific Patterns of Criminal Behavior / Pt 2 - The 1951 Petition to the UN - In the immediate aftermath of the outrageous videotaped murder of Walter Scott at the hands of a police killer, we present this as a macro look at the long history of human rights violations of U.S. government agencies, municipalities, corporations, racist militias and military establishment which together constitute the legal and accepted definition of genocide. First we point out two outrageous reports from the previous day, and then lay out 50 specific charges that define genocidal behavior spanning the centuries. In the second hour we read in complete the petition presented to the UN by the Civil Rights Congress led by William Patterson and Paul Robeson. The details of this extensive indictment reads in many parts as if it were written today. We also expose how the UN is not a responsible body to present such a petition and that there are a number of other bodies which would better be able to respond to our petition.
