The Rotation Diet

MY THESIS OR UNDERSTANDING OF THE ROTATION DIET WORKS JUST LIKE IT SOUNDS……….you rotate food around. The word rotate means to go through a cycle, system or revolve around..ie.. rotate. It’s called a rotation diet, and it works just like how it sounds. You keep changing up what you eat and eventually personalize and harmonize your diet so that waste is removed, weight is stabilized and your health has improved.

The rotation diet simply shows you how different types of vegetables you consume or the varieties of fruits and different meats that you eat MUST BE CONSUMED SEPARATELY and at different times. This moveable feast makes for a well-rounded LIFESTYLE or diet and also allows you to limit your intake of foods.
