Guided Meditation, Imagery, visualisation and Deep Relaxation for Anxiety and Panic Attacks
- Do you experience uncomfortable feelings of anxiety and panic?
- Do you fear those feelings?
- When an attack takes hold of you, do you feel a sense of terror, loss of control, a racing pounding heart, chest pains that convince you that you’re having a heart attack?
- Do you feel you’re going “crazy” or something embarrassing is about to happen?
These are just some of the symptoms of an anxiety or panic attack. Panic attacks can’t kill, it’s just that they feel as though they can, so take control of them, and live life to its fullest.
Although Hypnotherapy is NOT used in this collection, Sharon is a UK qualified Counsellor and Clinical Hypnotherapist, therefore she uses her vast experience as a therapist to guide the listener into a deep, relaxed state of mind; a complete mental and physical ‘time-out’ from the day-to-day stresses of life or any anxieties or worries that may be present.
How does it work?
Guided Imagery and visualisation focuses the mind’s eye so that a deeper level of relaxation and meditation can be achieved. This holistic approach using all your senses of hearing, sight, touch, taste, and smell allows the wonderful experiences you encounter in your imagination to transfer into your real world. Positive mental and physical changes can then occur, giving you a feeling of empowerment and well-being.
