The instructors, Gary and Lisa, are the four-time world champions in UCWDC-sanctioned competitions. They have also competed in the U.S. Open swing Dance Championships. Their titles include:

• 1999 and 2000 UCWDC Masters Showcase Professional World Champions
• 2003 UCWDC Masters Classic Professional Dance World Champions
• 2003 UCWDC Masters Showcase Professional Dance World Champions (They are the only couple to ever win these 2 divisions in the same year)
• 2005 UCWDC Open 8 Dance Professional World Champions
