Description
In this 48-minute seminar, Professor Majid Ali, M.D. relates his "Mammogram Story," which began in 1974 when he received his appointments on the faculty of Columbia University in New York. He describes his vast experience which lead to his book entitled "Breast and Prostate Cancer." He surveys the world literature on the value and risks of yearly screening mammography, including the crucial issues of radiation exposure, overdiagnosis, and the cases of unnecessary surgery, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy for the mistaken diagnosis of cancer. He briefly describes his Oxygen Model of Cancer to explain why screening mammograms do not save any lives from death by breast cancer.
For continuing study of this crucial subject, he recommends his two-volume book entitled "Oxygen Model of Cancer" and "Oxygen Protocol for Treating Cancer," which can be downloaded at www.aliacademy.org.
