B.A.M.A. Seminar 2013

This video features a rough collection of the tuition that was filmed at the British Association for Martial Arts Southern Area Seminar 2013.

The event was held on Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th September 2013 at the Karate Academy in Devon, UK.  The instructors for the event were Anthony Blades renshi, who taught the seniors seperately and was not filmed; Neil Ellison sensei showing the practical applications to Xing Yi forms, John Burke sensei providing princples of movement and escape; and Martyn Harris sensei teaching practical Karate.

This footage shows a lot of what was taught on the Saturday, and then unfortunately a lot less of what was taught on the Sunday, but you get a taste of how movements from traditional martial arts can be taught by teachers from different styles and still achieve the same ends.

People travelled from all over the UK to attend, and now we make the footage available to you.
