NBC has recently pushed out a story which hints that Black males in the U.S. are from the Neanderthal breed. This story directly contracts with another set of scientific studies from 3 years ago which stated just the opposite of this NBC story. So we go deep into this research to see who is and who is not tainted with primitave blood and hence prone to brutal behaviors which may be either or both genetic and cultural.
