12 week Intermediate Wednesday Night Race Spring Training Plan

These programs are geared towards riders who predominantly ride or race a Mountain Bike. There will be some training on the road, but you can use a MTB on the road for training.
Programs are 12 weeks and are divided by season Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter. Fall and Winter programs are available with or without a strength component.
Spring and Summer Programs are available specifically designed for riders that do a Thursday Night Race Series Like Boler and also for those that do a Wednesday Night Series like Hardwood.
Programs are offered for beginner, intermediate and advanced Levels.
Beginner programs are for riders fairly new to the sport or who have limited time availability. Beginner programs are usually 4-5 days per week. Rides range from 1hr to 2.5 hrs depending on the time of year. Beginner programs are suited for those that may not be competitive but would also be good for someone who eventualy may want to race.
Intermediate programs are for riders with some riding experience. They are well suited for serious recreational riders or Sport level racers. Programs are usually 5 days per week and rides range from 1.5-3hrs depending on the time of year.
Advanced programs are for riders who have racing experience and good time availability. Programs are 5-6 days per week. Rides range from 1.5-4 hrs depending on the time of year. These programs are well suited for Expert or Pro Elite Riders.
