We offer two different Century Training Plans, a Metric Century 100 km’s and and Imperial Century 100 miles.
These programs are designed to not only help you finish the distance, but feel good while doing it and be able to complete the distance in relatively quick fashion.
Both plans are 12 Week plans that build fitness and distance gradually over the 12 Weeks.
