The Product Complaint Investigation Management System (PCIMS) is a custom Microsoft Office Add-On program developed by Yeldell Scientific LLC that allows for the Input of product complaints, Tracking and trending of complaints by type, Electronic endorsement of Product Complaint reports and Automatic Generation of Product Complaint Reports (.html)
Designed from the ground-up to be ultra-user friendly, the Product Complaint Investigation Management System (PCIMS) utilizes the programming algorithms built into Microsoft Office to accomplish the functionality you desire. With PCIMS, you can ensure that your GxP quality practice is robust, free from paper streams and completely visible with no need for a cumbersome software package.
Minimum System Requirements:
1) Windows Operating System (Windows 7 or higher)
2) Microsoft Excel 2007
3) Microsoft Word 2007
Installation:
Unzip the folder to a desktop location or shared drive.
Ensure Word 2007 and Excel 2007 Macros are enabled.
To Use:
Double click on the ComplaintApplication file within the ProductComplaintSystem folder to launch the application. The main menu interface will display.
