Consequences are given when a pupil has reached 3 warnings on the class traffic light system. This template was designed, by a teacher and is currently being used in a real life school environment, so that once a pupil had reached their 3 warnings a written record can be kept by the class teacher and a copy sent home for parents. Very useful time saving teacher resource.
