MTV reporter Corey Moss recently interviewed Jon and wrote an upbeat article called "Jon Peter Lewis Only Use For Pens Is Writing Songs," featured at MTV.com on Feb. 8th, 2005. In the article, Jon talks about writing songs for his upcoming album and the style of music he plans to incorporate. "I did well on [American Idol] with Elvis Presley and Van Morrison, two people with soul voices who did rock and roll," he said, "so that's the direction I'm going. |

This is a great song. Jon Peter Lewis has an excellent voice which is shown to advantage in this single. It reminds me of Sting's work on Ten Summoner's Tales, with a melodic bluesy style. |
