King Caspian's beloved son Prince Rilian has disappeared. Aslan sends Eustace and his school friend Jill to Narnia on a quest to search for the young prince and defeat the evil Witch.

A false Aslan is roaming Narnia, commanding everyone to work for the cruel Calormemes. Can Eustace and Jill find the true Aslan and restore peace to the land? The last battle is the greatest of all and the final struggle between good and evil.

I have to admit that the only reason I read this book was because of the movie. I wanted to re-read The Lion The Witch and the Wardrobe and thought I would start at the beginning. I'm glad I did. LW&W is the best known but this book and Horse and his Boy, which I am just about finished with is every bit as good. Do yourself a favor and start at the beginning. Start with The Magician's Nephew. This is great stuff!

WONDERFUL!
Just like the other books this one is a classic. I love how the old characters that I love return for another adventure. Just like in the second book Peter, Susan, Edmund, and Lucy help Narnia. Everyone is shocked when they are children instead of adults like they used to be. This book was well written how Prince Caspian escaped and did what was right. If you liked the other books in the Chroncicles then you'll love this one!
