2008 Recoupment Chart - It took 4 long months to complete, and it's finally HERE.
This is the updated version of the State Laws regarding deadlines for insurance refund requests the recoupment2.pdf chart had invalid links, improper/missing/outdated information. You know how fast information in this medical industry changes! I can't guarantee that all the information on this chart is 100% accurate - especially because new bills are being voted upon every day. This is a great start, though!
