For more information: www.staceynemour.com Following her best-selling Secrets of Splits & Flexibility DVD, Stacey Nemour now brings you Flexibility Fixes for Golfers & Tennis Players. This new video program is targeted towards all athletes engaged in one-sided sports including racket sports and bowling. Anyone who plays a one-sided sport regularly can develop uneven muscles throughout the body. One side becomes much stronger than the other and this creates an imbalance, which may cause injuries and severe back, neck, elbow, knee pain and tightness. There are also exercises to help strengthen your core, so you can perform from a place of power instead of straining your back. Stacey will also guide you through a meditation technique to program yourself to train and compete at optimum levels! If you would like to decrease your chances of injuries, help recover from old ones, and increase your range of motion in your sport, then this DVD is for you.
