About this item:
Sex? First, there are many misunderstandings even in Christianity that does not have a proper biblical understanding about human sexuality and sexual relationships between a man and a woman. Just recently, I was discussing sex with a woman in the church and she explained quickly to me that God didn't want us to discuss or even bring up the topic of sex about man and woman anywhere near the church. Another woman who over heard us talking said, the Victorian era, was a good example of how all sexual acts were sinful, unless they were specifically done for the purpose of procreation (that is to have children). As these type of augment continues, there are others in the Christian faith who have claimed that the original sin was a sexual act, represented by the eating of the forbidden fruit. All of these ideas are without biblical basis. One of the purpose of this book is to present the biblical Christian view of human sexuality between one man and one women. The Bible clearly encourages married couples to enjoy their sexual relationships within marriage. The New Testament explains that sexual relations within marriage is not sinful but it is a lawful act for man and woman. The Apostle Paul explains in scripture that those who marry have not sinned before God but in reality are expected to have sex relations. In the book of Hebrews we read, Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure, indicating that sexual relations within marriage are pure and not sinful.
